UnitedHealthcare is providing CTC-RI with a one-time special purpose grant to provide the primary care practice community with funding and technical assistance to support the provision of effective, safe and efficient primary care using telemedicine services.

Flanagan and Lange recognized and applauded PCMH Kids Cohort 2 for completing their 3-year contract and reviewed their accomplishments while in the program, especially noting that all 9 practices have been successful in achieving NCQA PCMH recognition.
