Board of Directors Meeting Feb 28 2020 - 7:30am

Monthly CTC-RI Board of Directors meetings through October 2020*.

*Due to the holidays, November and December 2020 meetings will be a combined meeting on Friday, December 4, 2020 with a separate calendar invite.

Monthly CTC-RI Community Health Team Oversight Committee meetings effective January 2020.

CTC-RI Administrative Simplification Amendment – “True-up” for Future Contract Adjudications

2017 CTC-RI Expansion Update

The CTC-RI Board of Directors has approved a 2017 CTC-RI expansion.  For January 1, 2017, the “wave 1” expansion will include unaffiliated primary care practices that CMS approves for CPC+ Track 1.  There will be a “wave 2” expansion scheduled for July 2017 and adult and pediatric practices will have an opportunity to respond to “Call for Applications” and apply to be part of CTC.

Customer Experience Survey Update: CAHPS
