At the November 14 Quarterly Adult Integrated Behavioral Health (IBH) meeting, practices participating in the Adult IBH learning collaborative, funded by UnitedHealthcare, shared their quality improvement plans for addressing Social Determinants of Health in their practices. CTC-RI's Community Health Team content expert Linda Cabral described how practices could use Community Health Teams to help address these needs for patients.
The next IBH Committee meeting is on December 12 at Rhode Island Quality Institute (50 Holden Street, Providence) from 7:30-9:00am. Topics for the meeting include:
- Introduction to Kathryn Powers, Chairwoman of the RI Governor's Council on Behavioral Health
- Discussion on 2020 Affordability Standards: Integrated Behavioral Health
- Discussion on Accountable Entity Behavioral Health Expectations and work that is being done by the A/E's to advance this work.
- IBH research agenda for RI
