Community Health Teams Receive HealthSource RI Training
On March 13 the Community Health Team (CHT) Best Practice Sharing Committee had the opportunity to participate in a HealthSource RI training. Prior to the training, the CHTs were able to submit questions and topics of concern on navigating Rhode Island's health insurance resources. Shelley Sousa and Jill Becker from HealthSource RI came fully equipped with resources and guides in order to answer the teams' questions.
