CTC-RI has received all CAHPS data results from the 2019-2020 Patient Experience report, prepared by certified NCQA vendor, DataStat. The related data displays are now available in the CTC Portal under Data Display Quality and Customer Experience Measures: (Adult/PCMH Kids). View your practice performance results by Cohort and by Individual Practice Site(s) from within the secure CTC Portal. The CAHPS data display also provides practice rates, represented by colors - a heat map which indicates how many customer experience measures have been met.
