CTC-RI Breakfast of Champions Quarterly Learning Session

On 12.11.15, CTC-RI held it's quarterly Breakfast of Champions Learning Session. This session featured the following presentations:
- Pano Yeracaris (Co-Director, CTC-RI): Introduction
- 26:10 - Andrea Galgay (Director of Accountable Care, RIPCPC): Andrea provided an informative update on OHIC's Care Transformation Plan and Cost Containment Strategies.
- 51:35 - Dr. John Wasson (Professor Emeritus, Dartmouth Medical School/Developer of "How's Your Health"): Dr. Wasson presented on how practices can use this tool for self-administered patient surveys.
