Senior Project Manager

Yolanda Bowes joined CTC-RI in May 2023 as a senior project manager to support several important CTC-RI projects supporting primary care practices improve demographic data collection, screening for sexually transmitted infections and implementing billing for CHW services in the DULCE program. She also supported the efforts of CTC committees develop recommendation to address prior authorizations and strategies to improve primary care workforce and access to services. Yolanda earned a Bachelor’s in Management from Eastern CT State University, and has a long history managing new and exciting private, state and federally-funded programs to address social determinants of health, as well as practice operations in both a federally qualified health center and a large accountable care organization outpatient clinic.

The mission of CTC-RI is to support the continuing transformation of primary care in Rhode Island as the foundation of an ever-improving integrated, accessible, affordable, and equitable health care system.  CTC-RI brings together critical stakeholders to implement, evaluate and spread effective multi-payer models to deliver, pay for and sustain high-quality, comprehensive, accountable primary care.
