About Me

Program Coordinator / Business Process Management

Jennifer Capewell is the Program Coordinator for CTC's management team, Executive Committee, Board of Directors, Finance Committee, Clinical Strategy Committee, and liaison to the RI health plans. She also coordinates contracting, newsletters, and annual reports. Previous positions include Financial Aid Officer at the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University, Financial Administrator at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, Sales Training Project Coordinator at Kurlan & Associates, and Business Transformation Solutions Project Coordinator at UMass Medical School Commonwealth Medicine. Jennifer has a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish, a certificate in Latin American Studies from University of Massachusetts / Amherst, and is a member of the National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals.

Our Mission

The mission of the Care Transformation Collaborative is to lead the transformation of primary care in Rhode Island in the context of an integrated health care system; and to improve the quality of care, the patient experience of care, the affordability of care, and the health of the populations we serve.
