Our 2019 Annual Conference was the most successful yet!

On October 24 at the Crown Plaza in Warwick, 400 primary care practice leaders, care team members, stakeholders, and vendors attended the CTC-RI 2019 Annual Conference, "Advancing Integrated Primary Care: Innovations at Work."

Our conference was focused on ways to work together to best meet patient needs, improve population health and improve clinician well-being. Our speakers and workshops were designed to assist attendees with identifying, developing, and utilizing strategies to advance integrated primary care and improve patient and family outcomes. Key components of the program included sessions on strengthening team-based care in pediatric and adult primary care practices, collaborating with specialists and developing sustainable population health initiatives.
